Hair Salon Policies
We Listen, then We Create and
make you feel like you're at home!
Below are some guidelines that will help make
everyone's visit pleasurable. While this section appears to be lengthy,
the objective is to define "normal" expectations so that
everyone enjoys the atmosphere and environment within Beyond the
Fringe Hair Designs.
Thank you for your understanding and support!
Appointments
Please arrive early for your appointment to ensure your services
run as smoothly as possible As much as we would like, we cannot
guarantee service for late arrivals. In most cases, we will have
to reschedule you or possibly abbreviate the intended services.
Cancellations
We ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you are
unable to keep your appointment. In the event that a scheduled service
provider is unable to work, Beyond the Fringe will do everything
possible to accommodate your wishes. This could result in rescheduling
the appointment for another date/time or enabling you to see another
service provider. In all cases, we want to ensure that your desires
are met!
Cell Phones and Pagers
Our goal is to provide a relaxing atmosphere so that you may enjoy
our services. Please put cell phones on vibrate or turn them off
while visiting the salon.
You are welcome to use your cell phone in the reception area.
Children
We love families and children. However, we use chemicals, hot irons
and sharp scissors - and don't want anyone to be injured while visiting
Beyond the Fringe Salon, least of all a child. Additionally, we are committed
to providing a relaxing, stress-free atmosphere for all of our guests,
and our staff does not provide child care services. If you must
bring your children with you for your appointment, they must be
well behaved.

Gratuity
Gratuity is not included in the price of services unless specified.
If you are satisfied with your service, a 15% to 20% tip is customary.
If you are unhappy with your service, please let us know so we can
make it right! Our primary objective is to ensure each service and
visit meets your satisfaction.
Professional Retail Policy
Products may be returned within two weeks of purchase
Payment
Beyond the Fringe proudly accepts checks, cash, Visa, and MasterCard.
Please note that there is a $35 fee for any returned checks.
Membership and Rewards
As of January ,1 2007, we offer four great client programs. Our Membership Program offers you many different advantages and
savings via the four (4) different membership levels. Also, our
Rewards Program offers you earned points - good for discounts on
product and services. Please see our Members Page for more exciting
details!
Parties and corporate groups are always welcome
For the best service, schedule your appointments as far in advance
as possible to ensure all specific requests and needs are accommodated.
